Based at home but attached to the social work team at our Southern Regional office at Chandlers Ford, your role will be to provide support to the Operations Manager in the recruitment, training, assessment, support and supervision of a range of foster carers in the Reading and Surrey areas, ensuring high quality placements are available for looked after children. You will be required to produce professional assessments of prospective foster carers using BAAF Form F and competency model. You will present well written assessment reports to the foster panel within agreed time scales. |
