Senior Administrator
Job Description
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Administrator to provide effective regional office co-ordination within the Operations function. This is a hands-on position and will include the training, supervision, appraisal and induction of your team, reporting directly to the Administration Manager.
Working closely with Regional Service Managers, Operations Managers and administration staff, you will be responsible for providing and overseeing a wide range of administrative, inspection preparation and logistical support, as well as developing improvements to our administrative processes so the office runs smoothly and efficiently.
The ideal candidate will have exceptional and proven administrative and organisational abilities to manage and deliver key support functions and assist in the smooth administrative day to day running of the regions. The position requires a calm and confident individual who has meticulous attention to detail, highly organised approach to work, skills to distance manage staff, together with proven interpersonal skills and the ability to use your initiative and prioritise a busy schedule. Flexibility is paramount as travel is mandatory.
