Part-time Team & Recruitment Administrator
Job Description
An experienced part-time Administrator is required for our new office based in Worthing.
You will be required to provide a professional and flexible administrative support service to the Operations and Recruitment functions. You will support the Carer Services Department assisting in the recruitment of foster carers.
You will ensure application packs are sent out promptly and carry out the necessary follow up calls ensuring all enquires are logged and monitored.
The successful candidate will produce reports and statistics and assist in organising and participating in recruitment events.
You will attend meetings and ensure accurate and appropriate minutes are produced.
This role requires excellent communication skills both verbal and written along with the ability to work accurately and under pressure.
You must be flexible with a conscientious approach to the role.

£14,000 - £16,000 pro-rata (Dependent on experience)
