Investors in People status confirmed for next 3 years
Investors in People status is reviewed every three years. Following our three-yearly review, we are happy to announce that Fostering Solutions' continued Investors in People status has been confirmed. Feedback was extremely positive, with the assessor commenting that he was "very impressed" with the organisation, describing it as "a well structured and well run fostering operation that is extremely professional". He added that there are very clear policies, practices and procedures and that staff are valued and understand the contribution they make to the company's objectives.
