Fostering Solutions puts diversity on the agenda
In 2006 Fostering Solutions established a working party to focus on the issue of diversity. It is the aim of this group to develop a fostering organisation which promotes equality of opportunity and value diversity in the employment of foster carers and all staff members, and in the service delivery to children and young people in care.
